Insurance
Your insurance card must be presented at the time of service. You are responsible for co-payments at the time of your appointment. We file claims with your insurance carrier, as a service to you. Deductibles or non-covered charges will be the patient's responsibility and may be requested at the time of service.

Medicare
We accept fee assignment of Medicare claims. These claims will be submitted directly to Medicare by our office. The portion of the fee not paid by Medicare will be billed to the patient.
Credit Policy
All accounts not collected at the time of service are due within 30 days from the date of service, unless prior arrangements have been made. WWMA Clinics reserve the right to request payment at time of service at the discretion of the business office. All out of area, uninsured new and non-contracted patients may be asked to pay on the date of service.
